Event space Location
The Portland TangoFest 2023 classrooms and main ballroom are located in the lower level 1 of the Marriott Portland Downtown Waterfront Hotel even space. From the lobby of the hotel they can be reached via an escalator or from your room via the elevator.
The spaces are ample and very elegant. We rent the dance floors used in the main ballroom and in the classerooms from Jim Baker, a tango dancer from Tucson, Arizona that designed and built the floors himself specifically to meet the needs of the tango dancers.
Registration desk
The Registration desk is located in the lobby of PTF2023 event spaces, lower level 1 at the Marriott Portland Downtown Waterfront Hotel. Make sure you check in at the registration desk to collect your pass or register for classes a la carte.
Vendors
Vendors booths are spread around the Ballroom Foyer located in front of the registration desk.
